RETURN POLICY

(This return policy applies to resin products only)

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, a refund or exchange will not be offered unfortunately. 

Refunds


Please contact us at info@appliedpolytech.com if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We will respond to you as soon as we can and issue a refund if our products fail to meet its described standards. If a return is required, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds


If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank first and then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please contact us at info@appliedpolytech.com if you have reached out to your bank and credit card companies and no refund is received.

Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@appliedpolytech.com and send your item to: 6660 Kennedy Road, Suite 201, Mississauga, ON, L5T2M9, Canada.


Shipping


To return your product, you should mail your product to: 6660 Kennedy Road, Suite 201, Mississauga, ON, L5T2M9, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if the product value is over $200. The receipt of your returned items are not guaranteed by us as it's not under the control of our company.
