AP-76 Series: Materials for Stamping Motor Core
Designed for stamping molds under heavy-duty, AP-76 series are featured in medium cobalt content and mixed tungsten carbide powder grain sizes which give them much better anti-impaction ability, higher anti-shock resistance and corrosion resistance. This reduces corrosion and fraction on the surface of finished carbide products.
AP-7630P has high hardness and fine toughness, suitable for stamping of silicon
steel sheet (≤0.35mm) with high hardness of micro motor and servo motor.
AP-7640H has high abrasive resistance and toughness as well as high hardness.
It’s mainly used to producing conventionally series iron core of motor rotor.
AP-7650H has good toughness and anti-shock resistance. It is suitable for producing
complex iron core of brushless motor rotor, servo motor rotor and also mini-size
iron core of motor rotor.
AP-7655HH has excellent anti-shock resistance which can make it suitable for
stamping very thick mold at low speed.
AP-71 Series: Materials for Stamping Lead Frame and Electronic Connector
AP-71 series provides the best solution for high speed stamping SPCC, steel belt, beryllium copper belt and 304 stainless electronic components, etc. This series is widely recommended to be used in the PG components manufacturing field because of its high reputation in lead frame and connector industry.
AP-7110H increases the incompatibility between the carbide mold
and the materials, which prevents the material to retain on the mold.
This grade is suitable for stamping soft materials like pure steel,
pure copper and SPCC at high speed.
AP-7120 has good universal performance and toughness, it is used
to stamping thin stainless-steel plate and copper plate.
